With NameFlow connected, Claude can find domain names that are actually available, show you the first-year and renewal price, buy the one you choose and set it up for your website or email.
Connect NameFlow to Claude
- In Claude, open Settings, then Connectors.
- Choose Add custom connector.
- Name it NameFlow and paste this address:
https://mcp.nameflow.dev/mcp - Click Connect, sign in to NameFlow (or create a free account) and approve.
Connectors you add on claude.ai are also available in the Claude desktop and mobile apps. On Team and Enterprise plans, an owner may need to allow custom connectors first.
Try it
- "Find me five available .com names for a plant shop, and show what each costs to keep for three years."
- "Is northwind.ai available? If not, what's close on other extensions?"
- "Buy the first one for me, up to $15." (needs purchases turned on, below)
- "Set up Microsoft 365 email on my new domain."
Claude asks you before it uses a tool for the first time, and you can choose to always allow the read-only ones.
Let Claude buy domains (optional)
By default Claude gives you a link to buy. To let it buy straight away:
- Save a card on nameflow.dev under Account, Card for renewals.
- Under Connected AI apps, choose Allow purchases next to Claude and set your limits.
Claude can then buy within those limits; every purchase is emailed to you and can be cancelled within 5 days. See what the server can do and all tools.
Disconnect
Remove the connector in Claude's settings, or choose Disconnect next to it under Connected AI apps in your NameFlow account.
