Your domain is yours. If you want to move it to another registrar, NameFlow gives you what you need.
Steps
- Open My Domains, choose the domain, and select Move to another registrar.
- Turn off the transfer lock. While the lock is on, the domain cannot be transferred.
- Reveal the transfer code (also called an auth code or EPP code).
- Start the transfer at the new registrar and give them the code. They guide you through the rest.
The 60-day rule
A domain cannot be transferred within 60 days of its registration or of a previous transfer. This is an ICANN transfer rule, not a NameFlow one.
If something blocks you
Contact support. As the transfer policy requires, support answers within 5 days.
